dictionary_dcca_3gpp.json: remove base AVPs Remove non-3GPP AVPs that are actually from base IETF RFCs: - MIP6-Feature-Vector (124). IETF RFC 5447 - Service-Selection (493). IETF RFC 5778 - Mobile-Node-Identifier (506). IETF RFC 5779 - QoS-Capability (578). IETF RFC 5777. Possibly previously miscategorized because the tables in 3GPP TS 29.273 list these in the "Diameter AVP" tables instead of the "Re-used Diameter AVP" tables; the other IETF AVPs are listed in the latter. For example, see Table 6.2.3.1/1: Diameter SWd AVPs versus Table 6.2.3.1/2: SWd re-used Diameter AVPs.

The simplest way to install on NetBSD, DragonFly, MirBSD or other
pkgsrc platforms is:
	pkg_add freeDiameter

If no binary package exists:
	cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/freeDiameter
	make install

If you want to build and install freeDiameter from the repository,
you'll need to install:
pkg_add bison pkg-config libidn gnutls libgcrypt mercurial
and follow the usual installation note.

For the optional extensions, you need mysql*-client, postgres*-client,
libxml2, jsoncpp, and json-schema. For the debugging extensions,
you also need swig and a python -- install as usual.
